Call to the ANNUAL MEETING, February 9, 2025

Notice and Call is hereby given of the Annual Meeting
of the Roxbury Congregational Church, Inc., of Roxbury, Connecticut,
to be held Sunday, February 9, 2025, following the morning service of worship,
beginning with a pot-luck luncheon in Fellowship Hall, for the following purposes:

1. To receive Annual Reports from the officers and Committees for the year 2024
2.    To act upon any such business arising from such reports.
3.    To act upon the proposed Budget for 2025
4.    To receive the report of the Nominating Committee.
5.    To elect officers, boards, and committees for the year, 2025.
6.    To act upon other such business which may properly come before the meeting.

All members of the congregation are urged to attend. 

Annual Reports will be printed and available this coming Sunday morning.
The meeting will begin with a potluck luncheon and the business portion will take place during dessert.  Each household is asked to bring a dish to share, large enough for 8 people.
The ovens are available to reheat food.  Drinks will be provided.
